NO SEX TAPE?

TMZ has learned that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline will come together one more time to tell the public that they never made a sex tape.
Reps from the divorcing couple said that both Britney and Kevin want to put an end to rumors that K-Fed is out peddling a sex tape for some quick cash.
They have agreed to jointly issue a statement, hoping to put an end to the flurry of stories that such a tape exists. TMZ was told the statement will come out shortly. source
Update: Kevin Federline's attorney is denying reports that Federline is trying to sell a sex tape he allegedly made with estranged wife Britney Spears. "There is not a sex video of Kevin and Britney in existence," Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, says in a statement issued Tuesday. "It goes without saying that the stories of Kevin attempting to sell such a video are patently false and anyone who reports that they have information of such attempts is either lying or reporting the lie of someone else," the statement continues.
The statement from Federline's attorney concludes: "It would be impossible to comment upon and correct all of the other misinformation about Kevin that appears on a daily basis and consequently no attempt has been made, or will be made, to do so. I hope that the public and media will keep this in mind before assuming accuracy of facts from Kevin's silence." source
