Courteney Cox and David Arquette are slamming recent reports that their marriage is on the rocks, and that Cox has been cozy with a Dirt costar. A rep for the couple told Us Magazine, “There is not a shred of truth to the rumors about the state of their marriage. They are happily married and like most married couples, they have some separate friendships and interests.”
