Avril Lavigne Criticizes Britney Spears

Avril Lavigne has decided to share her unwanted opinions with the world again. She is now criticizing Britney Spears for being too weak to cope with fame.

“What’s happened to Britney is all down to who she is as a person. If you want a piece of this business you have to be able to deal with it. You can’t complain about the pressures, the paparazzi, the madness because that’s the job.”

Avril says while she too likes boozing, she can handle it and “no one really gets to know”.

    Yeah...OK so when Avril actually becomes "famous" she can let us all know what its like then...but until the ray of light comes through for her she should shut the hell up!

    Avril is quite naive. Being famous in Canada because of a couple discs is a far cry from Britney's years in the limelight and international fame.

    Frankly, I'm no big fan of either woman, but Avril - your statements confirms that you have a lot of maturing to do. It's wonderful if you feel you are handling it all just fine right now - good for you. But don't even dare to compare your situation to Britney's. You're not even close!
