Cate Blanchett has been the talk of the day after her appearance at the Costume Institute Gala in New York City last night. She appeared pale and skeletal. Her collarbone appeared to be protruding from her now tiny frame. Looks Like Hollywood's size 0 obsession has gotten to another actress!
