Mel B "Scary Spice" says the results of the DNA test, which Eddie took on June 11, were received Thursday afternoon and apparently they confirm "He's the baby's father, it's official," "The baby is undoubtedly, 110 percent his."
Murphy's rep declined to comment - big surprise! Mel B, 32, gave birth to the baby, Angel Iris Murphy Brown, on April 3, and has long contended that Murphy is the child's father.

Melanie Brown is Taking Eddie Murphy to Court

Melanie Brown says she's taking ex-boyfriend Eddie Murphy to court to force him to take a paternity test. "He's not doing a DNA test and he's not signing the birth certificate, So it's going to have to go to court so he can be forced to do it, which is strange since he was the one asking for it." Brown said.

Murphy also has not contacted Brown since Angel was born, Brown said: "He hasn't seen his daughter. My people have contacted his people and they just had no response to anything."

Although Brown refers to Murphy as "a great guy," she added: "I just think no woman should have to go through that and no baby should have to go through that. Be responsible. What else can you say?"

When reached for comment Murphy's rep, Arnold Robinson, said: "We do not comment on Mr. Murphy's personal life."

After failing to win the award for Best Supporting Actor to Little Miss Sunshine’s Alan Arkin, Eddie Murphy tried to brush off the loss, telling Us, "It's fine. It happens. It's OK." But clearly it wasn't.

Shortly thereafter Murphy and girlfriend Tracey Edmonds left the show in a huff and didn’t return. Thanks to the early exit, the actor didn’t see any of his Dreamgirls castmates perform and missed out on costar Jennifer Hudson’s win for Best Supporting Actress.
