Grammy winner Nelly Furtado is engaged to sound engineer Demacio "Demo" Castellon, who worked on her hit 2006 album Loose, PEOPLE confirms. Their close friend, music producer Timbaland, gave a one-word reply when asked if the engagement was true: "Yes." The British Columbia-born Furtado, 28, told Blender in July 2006 she had a "secret boyfriend" of eight months, adding: "I just don't really talk about it. It's nobody famous or anything." Furtado has a daughter, Nevis, 3, with her ex-boyfriend, DJ and producer Jasper "Lil' Jaz" Gahunia. She and Gahunia split in 2005 after four years together, but Furtado told Blender: "We're fully active co-parents and really close friends."

Woah Nelly.......... Nelly Furtado's face looks like a 50 year old who has gotten lots of plastic surgery! It looks like she has gotten an eye lift and way to much botox!

Where there's a good (as in the last weeks Weekly Fashion, Lindsay Lohan there's a bad and today's Star Style decodes a good look gone wrong. Robyn tipped me off on this shot of Nelly Furtado at the Grammy's.

Nelly Furtado will guest star on One Life to Live (ABC) on Friday, Feb. 23. She will appear as herself and perform "Say It Right" and Grammy-nominated "Promiscuous" from her latest album, at Antonio Vega's (Kamar de los Reyes) club, Capricorn.

"The cast and I congratulate Nelly on her Grammy nomination and are thrilled that she will perform her nominated song on 'One Life to Live,'" says executive producer Frank Valentini. "We are proud to have hosted a tremendously talented group of musicians on our show and always look for opportunities to collaborate with artists from the music industry."
