Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley have just bought a Los Angeles mansion that comes with more than 10 bathrooms. They bought the Bel-Air home for about $9.5 million. The three-story, 12,000-square-foot Tuscan-style gated home has eight bedrooms and 10½ bathrooms. On an acre of land, it also boasts an elevator, an office, a high-tech kitchen , a 10-car garage, a steam shower, a sauna, a pool and a spa.
