Lindsay Lohan has already planned her 21st birthday. Yesterday, she told Ellen DeGeneres, "I'm going to milk it because it's a big birthday". She has also decided to throw her birthday in Las Vegas.

Lindsay Lohan intends to learn how to gamble at the same time! "I'll go and learn," she says. Cause you know one addiction is good enough for Lindsay!
