Angelina Jolie Inspires Anne Hathaway

Anne Hathaway has credited Angelina Jolie with transforming her life and Hollywood career. The star insists she was insecure before meeting Jolie, but soon changed her outlook on life after Jolie urged her to "stop being silly."

She says, "I just love Angie's fearlessness, her provocativeness. Before I met her, I was in this mindset where everybody hated me, and I hated me, and everything was too much. She made me see how silly I was, how I couldn't just sit on my ass."

Anne Hathaway Is Not Scared to Be Real!

Anne Hathaway insists she has no intention of being pressurized by Hollywood into staying slim and already knows how she will cope if she puts on a few pounds. She said: "There has always been pressure on actresses, but I will never suffer, because if I gain weight I will just become a character actress."

She also told in an interview that her boyfriend Raffaello Follieri, has more fashion sense than her. He often picks out the outfits she wears out too. She said: "I go to my boyfriend for help to pick out everything. He is Italian so has the perfect taste."

This doesn't surprise me. Anne Hathaway isn't like the Hollywood party girls and actually wants to be known for her acting skills. She weighs more than the average young Hollywood girl and still get roles! What excuse do the others have?
