Gisele Bundchen had ended her contract with Victoria's Secret. She decided to leave Victoria Secret because they wouldn't up her $5 million-a-year salary.

Her sister, Patricia Bundchen, confirmed to Brazilian Web site Glamurana that contract talks had broken off. "Her demands were outrageous. She got a new lawyer who was unrealistic," said a source.

"Victoria's Secret doesn't care. They have five new hotter, younger girls debuting next year. And they won't have to deal with any craziness."

Reps for Bundchen didn't return e-mails. A rep for Victoria's Secret declined comment.

Gisele Bundchen is denying reports that she's pregnant with boyfriend Tom Brady's child. "It's crazy how people can make up these stories. I'm not pregnant and I'm not planning to be pregnant anytime soon. I have so many contracts to do, so many projects." she insisted.

"It's just something I don't want now - it's something for the future," she said. "I'm 26 years old, for Christ's sake! Why would I have a baby now?"

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are buying a house in New York and building a nursery in it, but not because they plan to have children soon. They need a nursery for the baby that the New England Patriots quarterback is expecting with his previous girlfriend, Bridget Moynahan.

Bridget is expecting Tom's baby in midsummer, and Gisele apparently has no problem with that. During a recent photo shoot for the Brazilian jewelry company Vivara, the supermodel gushed about how happy she is with Tom. "I'm dating someone wonderful now," Gisele "We are doing just great. Everything is perfect."

Said a source close to the couple: "Gisele has been living in a penthouse triplex in downtown Manhattan, where her neighbors complain about the noise her dogs make. "When Tom's baby arrives, it would only get worse. So she's looking for a place where they can all be a happy family."

A Brazilian website reported yesterday that Gisele Bundchen may be pregnant. The magazine reports that Bundchen would be no more than two months pregnant, but may already have told select friends and family. Oh and Tom Brady is the Father!

Tom Brady's agent Don Lee did not return a phone call yesterday, and Bundchen's rep at IMG denied the report.

Things must be getting serious between Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen: The Patriots quarterback left Miami the day before the biggest football game of the year and met up with his new supermodel girlfriend.

Brady, had been in Miami in the days before the Super Bowl, he hit Shaquille O'Neal's party on Thursday night and the PlayStation Oasis penthouse on Friday and Saturday with pals – but on Saturday night he was spotted having a romantic dinner with Bundchen, in New York City.

The couple, who a source tells "started dating just before Christmas," spent more than three hours at the upscale Chinese restaurant Philippe, where they dined by candlelight in the "owner's lounge," a private VIP room in the restaurant's wine cellar, according to another source.

Brady "looked so proud to have her on his arm, opening the door for her, feeding her and laughing the whole time," says the source.

Things could get even more romantic on Feb. 14. The Boston Herald reports that Brady was spotted at the Super Bowl gift lounge on Friday afternoon picking up a pair of white-gold and diamond earrings. According to the paper, he told the saleswoman they were "for my girlfriend – we're going to spend our first Valentine's Day together."

Reps for the Patriots could not confirm Brady's whereabouts during Super Bowl weekend.

Apparently, Tom Brady Gisele started dating just before Christmas," a source has said. Asked about the relationship by a Boston radio show, Brady said he didn't "have much of a response." Bundchen's rep had no comment.

It was first reported that Gisele was seen waiting for Brady outside the Patriots locker room on Jan. 14, after the team's win against the San Diego Chargers. A Chargers rep tells that Bundchen "was in the stands. I'm 100 percent sure. (A Charger employee) saw her walking in concourse area."

She has previously expressed her admiration for the football star: In December, she told the Herald: "Tom Brady, definitely not too shabby. He's pretty cute. All-American, that's a good way to describe him." But she knew he was then with Moynahan, and added, "He's cute, but if he has a girlfriend, he's gay to me. There are too many men in the world to go after a man who has a woman. Life is too short."
