Britney Spears Calls Off Divorce

Britney Spears has told estranged hubby Kevin Federline she is NOT going through with their divorce, the enquirer has learned. The troubled pop princess is so desperate to reconcile with K-Fed she consulted with her divorce lawyer on June 20th, and a day later dropped the bombshell that she intends to withdraw the divorce petition she filed last November, say insiders.

"I'm not divorcing you! I want my family back!" Britney told a stunned K-Fed during a phone conversation. But don't expect Britney to get her way. Kevin is fed up with Brit's wild partying and drinking and wants the divorce finalized.

His main focus has been getting full custody of the couple's two sons, Sean Preston, 21 months, and Jayden James, 9 months. "Kevin told Britney she was crazy when she told him she did not want a divorce. He said: 'You can't make me stay married to you!'" revealed a source close to the couple.

A tearful Britney, 25, has been telling friends for weeks that she believes filing for divorce from 29-year-old Kevin was a mistake. And although he had suspected Britney was stalling the proceedings because she wanted to reconcile, Kevin was shocked when she actually admitted it, says the source. "She fully admitted she still loves Kevin and she wants her family back," added another insider. "Her ego wouldn't let her back down from starting the divorce action for a long time."

During their recent heated phone call- in which they argued about custody arrangements- Kevin repeatedly told Britney he wasn't coming home. Brit then became incensed and told him she would drag out their divorce in the courts for months, "until he saw things her way and came back to her."

Although Britney filed the original petition, Kevin filed a counter petition which allows him to continue the proceedings even if Britney is uncooperative. The down side is that the case will go to trial- and could make the divorce longer and more painful for everyone involved. Britney's publicist, Leslie Sloan-Zelnick, denies the story, but sources insist Britney wants to stop the divorce in an effort to put her shattered family back together.

Brit made the stunning announcement to Kevin after he asked her to take their sons during the weekend of June 16, so he could go to Amsterdam for his best friend's party. She refused and instead spent the weekend clubbing with pals. "Britney doesn't want Kevin going out- period, much less to another country where she cant hear and see what is happening," explained the close source. "She's jealous that Kevin has a life without her and gets paid to go to clubs and events. Britney reminds Kevin constantly that he is getting paid because of her- and that he's nothing without her."

Someone has to helps this girl - she is really a train wreck! Allegedly Britney wants to save her marriage to Kevin Federline. She has told the father of her children she wants to halt divorce proceedings.
The 25-year-old - who has two sons, 21-month-old Sean Preston and nine-month-old Jayden James with Kevin - has reportedly been telling friends filing for divorce was a mistake and she wants to rebuild her marriage.

Shar Jackson is on a show called "The Ex-Wives Club" where she helps other women and men move past their exes. Well, obviously Shar hasn't moved past her ex, because she's knocked up with his baby! That would make child #5 for KFed! Yup, he's a pimp.

Rumour has it that Shar is in her 7th week. It is reported that while Britney was at Promises KFed and Shar got it on again. Shar is apparently sure it's KFed's, because she hasn't slept with anyone else.
Lets hope this is enough to make Britney forget about Kevin! Move on girl....

Kevin Federline – remember him? I thought his 15 minutes of fame were over - We can only hope.... Well apparently he isn't going to be in a movie with Keanu Reeves and Forest Whitaker, and hilariously enough, it's because he has "availability" issues. It seems poor Kevin is working too hard.
Federline, according to one report, was slated to appear in "Night Watch" with actual stars Reeves and Whitaker, but Us magazine clears it up. "This is not true," according to a Fox Searchlight rep. "Kevin Federline was not cast." The rep says that "The legend in his own mind" was being considered for "a minor role," but he didn't get the part "due to his availability and our shooting schedule." Are your laughing as hard has me......

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have reached a settlement in their divorce. Sources say that under the terms, K-Fed will walk away with around $1 million. Britney and Kevin will have joint custody, sharing physical custody 50/50. The divorce will be final, with a judge's signature, very soon.

As Britney Spears continues to unravel in public, Kevin Federline has been working behind the scenes to take custody of their children away from the erratic pop star.

Kevin , his mother and with the help of Spears' mother Lynne, have joined forces to aid Federline while he has cared for his sons Sean Preston and Jayden James during their mother's recent rehab stints, partying and hotel stays. "He is beyond sad," says a Federline pal. "This is the worst week of his entire life. He doesn't even want to pick up the phone. Things are beyond not well with Britney, and he still loves her."

Federline reportedly is now taking legal steps to protect his children. Kevin has requested an emergency custody hearing Thursday before an L.A. judge (Spears had been granted physical custody of the kids at an earlier hearing). Federline's rep couldn't be reached for comment, but a source confirmed that a custody hearing has been set for Thursday.

K-Fed made a call to his mother, Julie Bleak, on Valentine's Day asking for her to help him take care of the children. Bleak flew to L.A. on Feb. 15 (the same day Spears, 25, checked into the Crossroads Centre rehab facility in Antigua). Our source adds that Lynne Spears has also been present for her grandchildren, taking care of the children round-the-clock with Federline.

KFED Gets a Super Bowl Commercial When Britney Was Rejected

Kfed Leaving the Filming of His Super Bowl Commercial

Fed-Ex is gearing up for a Super Bowl commercial. In the ad for the undisclosed company, said another source, "the worst white-boy rapper since Vanilla Ice pokes fun of his loser reputation in an attempt to change the public's terrible image of him." A rep for Federline didn't return calls.

EW.com confirms today that Kevin Federline will be appearing in a Super Bowl commercial—though not for the expected shipping company from which he takes his post-Spears nickname. Instead, he's got Nationwide Insurance on his side, and will no doubt be poking some good-natured fun at his somewhat tarnished reputation as a recording artist. SOURCE

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline Finally Agree On Something

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have agreed upon a custody arrangement for their two sons – at least for the month of January, according to legal documents obtained by PEOPLE.

Spears, 25, will have custody of Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 4 months, most of the time, but Federline, 28, will be allowed to see the boys three times a week for four hours between Jan. 12 and 31 at Spears's residence.

Both parties agreed that the only people allowed at the visitation will be Spears, Federline, a nanny, Spears's personal assistant and household staff. Meanwhile, Spears is permitted to take the children to Miami from Jan. 5 to 11. She has agreed to keep Federline apprised of her location while in the city.

The arrangement only applies for the month of January.
