New Orleans Radio Station confirmed today that they have the new Britney Spears Single and it will be premiered there on Monday at 12PM. Apparently, this single is going to turn around her career. Some how I doubt....

Apparently Britney has hanged the custody ares of her will. She has allegedly changed her will to ensure her mother Lynne never gains custody of her grandsons, 22-month-old Sean Preston and 10-month-old Jayden James.
Britney's teenage sister Jamie Lynne is now set to inherit the star's estate and custody of her sons when the singer dies, according to National Enquirer magazine.
Britney also reportedly stipulates in the new will that her cousin Alli Sims will look after the boys if she dies before age 15 Jamie Lynn turns 21.
Relations between Britney and Lynne allegedly turned sour after the 'Lucky' singer felt her mother forced her into rehab.

Britney Spears has written a bitter poem entitled “Dear Mama” and delivered it to her mother, according to the Star. In the poem, Spears lamented “that she didn’t have a mom anymore and she couldn’t imagine a mother doing what she did to her child,” a source told the tab.

Spears delivered the verse, along with legal papers, to her mother on June 28 on the set of kid sister, Jamie Lynn’s television show, “Zoey 101.” The two are reportedly also battling over the affections of Jamie Lynn.

“Britney said, ‘Here Momma, I just wanted to see your face,’” a source told Star. “Then she got into her car and drove off. Lynne went into the trailer and broke down in tears.”

The CD reportedly contained recordings of phone conversations between Lynne Spears and Britney's estranged husband, Kevin Federline, in which the two are apparently working in cahoots.

Spears is forbidding her mother from seeing her two sons, and in one conversation, Lynne is said to be arranging to meet K-Fed and the boys, and says, “I have to be careful that Britney doesn’t find out!” The recordings were made by a private investigator, according to the tab.

In another call, Federline assured Spears’ mother that his court battle with the singer was going well. “Kevin told Lynne that he had everything under control,” adds the source. “He was just going to let Britney hang herself in court.”

According to Britney Spears, it's her mother that needs help.

Cameras snapped the crazy spears after chowing down at Shu Sushi in Beverly Hills yesterday, where she said, "I hope my mom gets the help she needs," she told photogs outside the restaurant, adding, "I'm praying for her right now."

Three days after Britney Spears handed her mother a reportedly upsetting letter, Lynne Spears is holding out hope to mend their rift. "Everything is going to be fine," she told PEOPLE while shopping in Kentwood, La.
"I've got a strong family, and everything is going to be fine." Spears, who was picking up groceries at a local store on Sunday, also said that "hopefully" daughter Britney will make it to a family cookout in their hometown for the Fourth of July holiday.

Britney Spears claims that she was forced into rehab by her mom, manager and soon-to-be ex husband. She says she never had a drug or alcohol problem and she never should have gone to rehab. She did admit she had an emotional problem after the birth of her second child.

Apparently, Kevin Federline forced Britney into rehab by threatening to battle her in court over the custody of their two children if she did not check herself into rehab.

Spears was then believed to have suffered from post-partum depression and became emotionally unstable from going through divorce. She was further put under pressure by the media constantly following her every move.

Spears and her assistant, Allie Sims, called Promises rehab center and requested her drug and alcohol test. Her rep was sent two reports which showed no alcohol or drug use at all. The first report was dated 15 days after Spears checked in. There is no report that Spears ever tested positive for drug or alcohol use.

The pop princess fired her manager and won’t speak to her mom as a result of her time in rehab.

K-Fed is worried About Britney's Behavior, the same could be said for most of the world. Britney's latest behavior has a lot of people scratching their heads, and has left her ex-husband reportedly concerned for her well-being.
In fact, Kevin Federline is not ready to sign the final divorce papers because he is worried about Brit's behavior, a source close to K-Fed told People magazine.
Specifically, Kevin is reportedly worried about leaving his kids with his soon-to-be ex. "Britney's attorneys are anxious to see Kevin sign off on a divorce," the source told People. "But Kevin and his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan are dragging their heels out of concern over reports of Britney's post-rehab partying."

Britney Spears visited her mom today give her a lawyer's letter! Lets just say Britney's mom wasn't to happy!

Britney gave the 'note' this afternoon on a film set where Britney's younger sister Jamie Lynn is working. There are reports circulating that the papers are a restraining order, but TMZ has confirmed that is NOT the case. It is a letter from an out-of-state lawyer. By the way, Britney could not legally serve her mom with a restraining order if she was the one seeking it.

Sources say Britney feels that her mom turned on her in the days before she entered Promises rehab. She also feels Lynne Spears is not stable enough to be around Brit's kids because she may have her own "issues." We're told the letter bluntly asks Lynne to stay away from the children if she is taking any medications that would impair her ability to be around them.

Britney Won't Be Peforming at True Colors Because She was Told "No Lip-Syncing"

Britney Spears will not be peforming at Cyndi Lauper's True Colors tour on Saturday. Spears' choreographer, Misha Gabriel, told People magazine she would hit the stage with Lauper, Rosie O'Donnell, Erasure, Debbie Harry and The MisShapes.

However, Britney cancelled because she was told she could not lip-sync, "There's no way. Britney said she would only dance or lip-sync - and to be on stage with Cyndi, you have to actually perform. It's not happening now."

It's probably for the best - Spears has come out of retirement a few times to guest-appear (dancing and lip-syncing) with the M+Ms, and it didn't go down well with the audience.

A rep for True Colors said, "She was invited to appear on the first date in Las Vegas but we never heard from her."

Britney Spears has told estranged hubby Kevin Federline she is NOT going through with their divorce, the enquirer has learned. The troubled pop princess is so desperate to reconcile with K-Fed she consulted with her divorce lawyer on June 20th, and a day later dropped the bombshell that she intends to withdraw the divorce petition she filed last November, say insiders.

"I'm not divorcing you! I want my family back!" Britney told a stunned K-Fed during a phone conversation. But don't expect Britney to get her way. Kevin is fed up with Brit's wild partying and drinking and wants the divorce finalized.

His main focus has been getting full custody of the couple's two sons, Sean Preston, 21 months, and Jayden James, 9 months. "Kevin told Britney she was crazy when she told him she did not want a divorce. He said: 'You can't make me stay married to you!'" revealed a source close to the couple.

A tearful Britney, 25, has been telling friends for weeks that she believes filing for divorce from 29-year-old Kevin was a mistake. And although he had suspected Britney was stalling the proceedings because she wanted to reconcile, Kevin was shocked when she actually admitted it, says the source. "She fully admitted she still loves Kevin and she wants her family back," added another insider. "Her ego wouldn't let her back down from starting the divorce action for a long time."

During their recent heated phone call- in which they argued about custody arrangements- Kevin repeatedly told Britney he wasn't coming home. Brit then became incensed and told him she would drag out their divorce in the courts for months, "until he saw things her way and came back to her."

Although Britney filed the original petition, Kevin filed a counter petition which allows him to continue the proceedings even if Britney is uncooperative. The down side is that the case will go to trial- and could make the divorce longer and more painful for everyone involved. Britney's publicist, Leslie Sloan-Zelnick, denies the story, but sources insist Britney wants to stop the divorce in an effort to put her shattered family back together.

Brit made the stunning announcement to Kevin after he asked her to take their sons during the weekend of June 16, so he could go to Amsterdam for his best friend's party. She refused and instead spent the weekend clubbing with pals. "Britney doesn't want Kevin going out- period, much less to another country where she cant hear and see what is happening," explained the close source. "She's jealous that Kevin has a life without her and gets paid to go to clubs and events. Britney reminds Kevin constantly that he is getting paid because of her- and that he's nothing without her."

Someone has to helps this girl - she is really a train wreck! Allegedly Britney wants to save her marriage to Kevin Federline. She has told the father of her children she wants to halt divorce proceedings.
The 25-year-old - who has two sons, 21-month-old Sean Preston and nine-month-old Jayden James with Kevin - has reportedly been telling friends filing for divorce was a mistake and she wants to rebuild her marriage.
