Leonardo DiCaprio and his girlfriend Bar Rafaeli are reportedly expecting their first child together this autumn. Friends of the couple claim the pair are absolutely "delighted" with the news.

Leo reportedly felt the fatherhood urge after his friend Tobey Maguire celebrated the birth of his first child last November. A source told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "He dotes on Tobey's little girl Ruby and has been asking him all about what it's like to being a dad.

It is believed Leo and Bar will marry in a private ceremony in Israel followed by a larger celebration in the US later in the year.

Leonardo DiCaprio is considering swapping Hollywood for Broadway later this year, to make his New York stage debut in drama The Basic Training Of Pavlo Hummel. His agents are currently negotiating the deal. Pavlo Hummel is an American soldier stationed in Vietnam who has an African-American alter ego called Ardell.

Leonardo DiCaprio is to wed Israeli supermodel Bar Refaeli in June, according to reports. The pair have been dating since 2006 and are "ecstatic" about their upcoming nuptials.

Setting the big day in June, when the Victoria's Secret model turns 22, the couple are thought to be planning a number of celebratory parties. "They say they'll probably have a private ceremony in Israel, then a big ring ceremony and party in the US towards the end of the year," the source added.

"The reason they made the trip to Israel is that Leo wanted to get Bar's parents' approval before he popped the question. Now they are busy making wedding plans," the source added. Speaking to the National Enquirer, a source said: "Bar's mom and dad think Leo's a total gentleman and love the way he's treated their daughter."

Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet Team Up Again!

Fans of Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet are finally getting their wish. Both are teaming up to star in DreamWorks' Revolutionary Road.

Sam Mendes will direct the movie, based on the acclaimed 1961 novel by Richard Yates about post-war disillusionment. John N. Hart, Scott Rudin, Bobby Cohen and Mendes, who's married to Winslet, will produce in association with BBC Films.

Yates' heart-rending and bleak book, celebrated for its storytelling style, follows a seemingly happy suburban couple with two children in the mid-1950s who find themselves caught between their true desires and the pressure to conform -- with explosive consequences.

Mendes begins filming this summer from an adapted screenplay by writer Justin Haythe. Paramount Pictures has worldwide rights.

Leonardo DiCaprio's Aunt Passed Away

Leonardo DiCaprio has reportedly ended his trip to Israel after learning his beloved aunt had passed away. The star and his girlfriend Bar Rafaeli were visiting the model's homeland last week when he heard the sad news.

DiCaprio flew to Germany to attend the funeral of his aunt Renate in the city of Oer-Erkenschwick. The sister of DiCaprio's mother, Irmelin, died in a hospital at the age of 65 and was buried on Thursday.

Since arriving in the city, the movie star has spent his time comforting his grandmother Helene.

Leonardo DiCaprio has 'adopted' a South African baby girl. While working with orphans in Africa (filming Blood Diamond) he met a unnamed girl in an orphanage and fell in love with her after they talked and played together.

Leonardo has decided to take care of her, but doesn't plan to follow in Angelina Jolie's footsteps - who has two adopted children, daughter Zahara and son Maddox with Brad Pitt - and take the child home with him.

He will not be raising the girl or living with her. Instead, he will continue checking on her progress by chatting to her over the phone and will send her a monthly cheque.

After spending six months filming in poverty-stricken Mozambique, he's not interested in hearing everyday whines.

The actor shot his new film Blood Diamond in Africa and admits he returned home to Hollywood with a new perspective on life and what is worth grumbling about. He explains, "Mozambique is having an economic resurgence but still four out of 10 people there have HIV or AIDS. "There's astounding conditions but what I was left with, after spending time in Africa, is it really was the power of the human spirit there and the fact these people have been through so much and they were still dancing in the streets. The joy and the energy and the happiness they exuded to everyone was unbelievable and it made me come back home and not want to listen to anyone's problems."
