She can't deny it anymore she got implants. Push up bras can only do so much! They give you more cleavage, but they don't make you have that kind of cleavage or the huge increase in cup size. It's no big deal she has done worse! Plus, she really fits the porn star image now....

Kelly Osbourne welcomes the idea of plastic surgery, but doesn't feel the need to go under the knife just yet. The 22-year-old recently expressed posing nude for Playboy, but despite stating her image would need "touching up" she's not prepared for invasive surgery until later in life.

She says, "I'm planning my surgery. I just haven't got anything saggy so there's no point yet! Most of my friends have had work done, and my mum's had just about everything you can have done, done, so I know there are right and wrong ways to do it. And I don't want to be like everyone else in LA."
