Nicole Richie is set to launch her own perfume. The 25-year-old star revealed she has a number of exciting projects in the pipeline for when she finishes filming her reality show 'The Simple Life', including releasing a signature scent.

She told Britain's OK! magazine: "I'm working on another book, plus I'm launching a jewellery and accessories line, a sunglasses line and my own perfume." She added: "I think I'm going to do some travelling. Summer is my favourite time of year, so hopefully I'll also find time to just relax by the beach.Source

Britney Spears Has a New Fragrance

Britney Spears will launch a new scent to her perfume line called Midnight Fantasy in January. The Bottle of Midnight Fantasy will be the same as the Fantasy fragrance, but the color will be midnight blue. The fruity, floral blend for women includes notes of black cherries, plum, orchid and freesia with base notes of musk and amber. It was formulated by Givaudan's Caroline Sabas. Midnight Fantasy was created under arrangements with Elizabeth Arden.

The smell is supposed to be the most sensual and virile Zegna fragrance to date, the juice features light and dark elements - an olfactory chiaroscuro - and is a fragrance of contrasts, according to YSL. The light side comes courtesy of fresh notes such as green mandarin and Italian lemon, offset by a touch of cardamom and pink peppercorns. The dark side is represented by oriental notes of iris, vetiver, woods and musk.
