Fergie has been banned from boarding a flight after being branded "too drunk to travel". She was due to fly from Los Angeles to the UK with bandmates, but was forbidden to board the plane because of her drunken state.

An onlooker tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, "She was falling all over the place and had to be supported. She was in no state to fly. But when she was prevented from boarding she couldn't believe it. She was drunkenly ranting at staff but could barely string a sentence together. It was very embarrassing."

Ferguson delayed the flight for an hour while her luggage was removed, but her three band mates remained on board the plane bound for London.

A spokesperson for airline Virgin Atlantic says, "We can confirm a female passenger was denied from boarding as she appeared intoxicated and was therefore unsuitable for travel."

The Beverly Hills Police Department announced today that they are recommending the L.A. County District Attorney's office charge Prison Break star Lane Garrison with gross vehicular manslaughter, driving under the influence of alcohol, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Police Chief David Snowden also announced at a press conference that Garrison had been driving in excess of the 25 mph speed limit and was under the influence of cocaine at the time of the accident. According to toxicology reports, Garrison's blood alcohol level was at 2.0 percent, two and half times the legal limit.

The District Attorney's office now must decide whether to formally charge the actor.

The incident occurred in Beverly Hills last December 2, when the Land Rover that Garrison was driving jumped a curb and struck a tree, killing 17-year-old passenger Vahagn Setian. The accident also injured two 15-year-old girls who were in the car, according to police.

Garrison had met Setian and the two teenage girls earlier at a party. Witnesses claim the saw Garrison drinking large amounts of vodka at the party.

Garrison's high-powered attorney, Harlan Braun, couldn't be reached for comment, but a source in his office tells Usmagazine.com, "He won't say anything until he has a chance to read the reports and let the DA evaluate the case."

If convicted of the manslaughter charge alone, Garrison could serve up to 10 years in prison.

Lindsay Lohan's doctors have told her she is suffering from liver damage and that she could die if she doesn't stop drinking soon! "The appendectomy was routine, but what doctors discovered in her blood work was not," a source close to the actress told.

"Lindsay's liver panel shows her drinking is taking a terrible toll on her health. Her liver enzymes are extremely elevated, and doctors warned her if she doesn't quit boozing she could die!" The high levels of two particular liver enzymes indicate that some of Lindsay's liver cells are damaged and are leaking these enzymes into her blood.

In addition to the raised enzymes, the levels of protein in her liver were shockingly low — so low her doctors "couldn't believe she was even walking around," said an insider.

Paris Hilton plead not guilty to DUI charges Tuesday in a Los Angeles court. Her attorney made an appearance on her behalf. Hilton, 25, was arrested on Sept. 7 just after midnight for driving erratically in her silver Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren in Hollywood. She scored 0.08 on a Breathalyzer, the minimum blood alcohol level required for a DUI arrest in California.
