Lindsay Lohan has checked into rehab for the second time. She finally realized it's the right thing to do, a close friend told. She is going willingly.

Lindsay apparently checked in this afternoon at Promises in Malibu.

Insiders say Lindsay was partying hard as ever after her arrest. She was seen at the 944 Magazine party. Lindsay kept insisting she didn't care about the consequences of her arrest when cocaine was discovered in her wrecked Mercedes convertible.

I guess she changed her mind?

Reports are swirling that Nicole Richie is back in rehab and more "helpless" than ever.

The National Enquirer and Star magazine are jointly reporting that Nicole re-entered rehab at Beau Monde on May 11 to fight anorexia and a painkiller addiction, on an outpatient basis, and that she did so "in tears," lamenting the fact that she's "lost control of her life." What's more, report the tabs' sources, she went back in just a few days ago, on the 19th.

However, TMZ was told by her reps that this is false. They were told that she did go back to see her therapist, and that her recovery is "an ongoing process," but that she's "completely sober."

Jonathan Rhys Meyers has entered a rehab facility, his rep tells. "After a non-stop succession of filming, Jonathan Rhys Meyers has entered an alcohol-treatment program," rep Meredith O'Sullivan says. "He felt a break was needed to maintain his recovery."

Meyers's rep adds: "Jonathan plans to resume his schedule following completion."

Apparently, things are not proceeding smoothly for Britney at Promises. "Britney has a seriously bad attitude problem," an insider tells "She's been very demanding, acts like a 12-year-old and throws temper tantrums when she doesn't get what she wants!"

Britney seems singularly unwilling to get with the program. Former Promises patient Rachel Hill tells that "you're up at 7 a.m. and have to make your bed and clean your own room — because part of recovery is being accountable for your own chores." Not Britney. "She refuses to pick up after herself and even asked if she could hire a maid!" says the source. "She's asking for this and that, special food, special everything — and she's not that nice to anyone. She has a serious entitlement problem."

She still doesn't believe that she belongs in rehab the source tells:"I heard she keeps saying she is just sick from postpartum depression and that she does not have any real addiction problems, which is a joke," says the source. "She has an addiction."

One sure sign is her raging sweet tooth. "Usually when a patient eats [a lot of] sugar," adds the source, "it means that they are coming down from a drug that kept them really up, like cocaine or speed." And Britney is definitely chowing down on the sweets. "She has been drinking tons of Coca-Cola — about two cases a day, or 24 Cokes in 24 hours. She drinks one after the other!" a source tells. But Coke binges are just part of Brit's sugar fix. "She is also constantly eating lollipops and other hard candy, and when she eats food, it's always something sweet, like danishes or donuts or cake or cookies."

After seven years of sobriety, Marc Jacobs has checked himself into rehab. Herecently and decided to undergo a second round of in-patient rehabilitation for drug and alcohol abuse. The day after showing his Louis Vuitton collection in Paris, Jacobs, who has publicly acknowledged substance abuse problems in the past, left the French capital and flew to a treatment facility in Arizona.

Reached for comment earlier today Jacobs’ business partner Robert Duffy confirmed the rumor that had started to circulate around New York. “Marc made the right decision,” Duffy said. “He’d been sober for seven years. When he relapsed, he wanted to deal with it right away.

“According to the experts, such a relapse isn’t uncommon,” Duffy continued. “Thankfully, Marc recognized the problem himself and chose to deal with it. Obviously, our prayers are with him"

Acquaintances are coming out in droves claiming they’ve witnessed Britney Spears’ drug use. For the first time, people who know Britney are speaking on the record about her drug use from as far back as 2003. “When I was around her, she took Ecstasy,” Amanda Alexander, the sister of Britney’s first husband, Jason, tells In Touch Weekly. Amanda, 21, says she also witnessed the singer using cocaine in their hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana.

Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab. The actress left Wonderland rehab in Los Angeles earlier today after completing a 30 day stay, the actress' publicist Leslie Sloane-Zelnick told.

"She will continue as an outpatient," Sloane-Zelnick told Access' Michael Lewittes. "She will take it day by day." "She's in it for the long haul, and she asks that her privacy be respected," the publicist added.

Lohan checked herself into rehab in early January days after reports surfaced she passed out at a post-Golden Globes soiree.

After months of hard partying, pop princess Britney Spears has entered rehab. Brit, who has been notably absent from the paparazzi scene in recent days, is seeking professional help at an undisclosed location.

This comes after the emotional letter that rocked Britney’s world, composed after her non-stop partying took her from coast to coast and back again. Those close to Brit were fed up, frustrated and pleading with her to seek professional help; it appears they finally staged a long-anticipated intervention. Brit’s former assistant of nearly 10 years, Felicia Culotta, just posted her plea to Britney

Culotta revealed she’s “crushed” by the way Britney’s life is unfolding, writing, “We, as her family and nearest and dearest, not on the payroll anymore, are doing everything in our power to get help for Britney.”

And it seems Brit’s family was ready to fold in their mission to help the one-time world sensation. “I cannot save her from herself, nor can I commit her to any type of treatment program against her wishes and will,” the statement reads.

On Friday, OK magazine Entertainment Director Rob Shuter told “Extra,” “People are speculating that the force behind this letter might in fact be Britney’s mother reaching out to Britney.”

With her recent girls gone wilds antics, which include hard partying at Vegas hotspot Pure and stripping down to her skivvies to dance with go-go dancers in New York, it seems only natural that her behavior is raising questions and concerns.

“By going out and drinking and partying at the clubs, she kind of feels the people she meets at clubs are her friends,” dished Us Weekly’s Senior Editor Albert Lee.

TMZ.com reports that bombshell Brit has already checked out of rehab, less than 24 hours after checking in! Britney checked in at the urging of friends and family, after being seen intoxicated in public places and was so "exhausted" on New Year's Eve she collapsed According to sources, Britney is on her way back to Los Angeles.

Kate Moss and Pete Doherty have checked into a London clinic together to help the troubled rocker conquer his drug addictions.

The pair were photographed yesterday arriving at the Capio Nightingale Hospital in north London, which specializes in helping patients overcome drug dependency. It is thought the pair will attend therapy sessions together. A source tells British newspaper The Sun, "They arrived together and they will be supporting each other."

Doherty has attempted rehab on numerous occasions in a bid to tackle his heroin and crack cocaine habits. Moss was herself treated in 2005 after being caught on camera snorting cocaine.Source

Lindsay Lohan's extraordinary privileges at Wonderland have now driven disgruntled residents out of the rehab facility. A recent ex-resident of the Wonderland house said that making an early exit was due entirely to the distraction created by Lindsay.

The source said that once the story of Lindsay's special treatment, Wonderland began treating all of the residents with more leniency, allowing all kinds of special treatment for everyone. "Wonderland has become a joke," according to the former resident. A very expensive joke. "While I'm trying to save my life, she's trying to save her face."

Reps from Wonderland had no comment.
