Katie Holmes has been “flirting” with her Mad Money co-star Adam Rothenberg. Apparently, the two has been throwing more into their romantic performances than the movie script calls for.

“They shot a scene in which Adam wrapped his arms around Katie’s waist, then the two of them had an intimate discussion,” a “set insider” told L&S. “They lingered after the director said ‘cut,’ and it got everyone talking.”

“There’s definitely been some off-camera flirting,” the insider told the magazine, however. “One day, Katie was touching Adam’s arm while they were talking, like girls do when they like somebody.”

Katie Holmes who gave birth to daughter Suri last year, has been told by her husband to attend "mommy classes" taught by Scientologists. "There are parenting classes," a Scientology source confirms.

"Katie was quite offended by that. Can you imagine when you're 28 and have your first child to be told you need to go to this church to become a better mom?" a source told.

Holmes now finds herself surrounded by fellow Scientologists which is her only link left in the real world. Virtually everyone on the couple's staff is a Scientologist. Says the source, "Everyone who works with Tom is technically minding Katie."

A woman was arrested outside of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' Beverly Hills home Thursday. Emily Diane Leatherman, 32, was arrested at 3:36 p.m. for violation of a court order and possession of stolen property, Beverly Hills police confirmed.

Police would not reveal what the specific court order or alleged stolen property was. They said the items were unrelated to Tom and Katie's home. This is not Leatherman's first celebrity-related run-in with the law. In June, a judge ordered Leatherman to stay at least 500 feet away from John Cusack after the actor said she had been stalking him for more than a year.

In his request for the restraining order, Cusack said Leatherman was "showing unusual interest by stalking, throwing long letters of interest over my fence in bags with rocks and screwdrivers inside, making unannounced visits to offices of people I work with in an attempt to meet with me and listing my address as her own during a recent arrest."

Cusack said he had never met Leatherman, yet her mail has been arriving at his home. The woman has suggested in letters that she wants "a normal life and home" with Cusack, and threatened to hurt herself if he doesn't help her, according to the papers.

Cruise's rep tells "This is completely false. Tom does not and never has encouraged anyone to adopt Scientology."

Tom Cruise needs to keep and eye on so much, he's planning to go with her to the set of her new film every single day. Katie is to set filming in the next month in Shreveport, La., for her new film "Mad Money". However, Tom can't handle to leave Katie.

Tom has told producers that he's going to be on set every day, with baby Suri in tow. What's more, an insider says that Tom chose the movie for Katie because there's no love interest for her and no love scenes.

A producer for "Mad Money" tells the Post he doesn't know if Cruise'll be around, and a TomKat rep had no comment.

Katie Holmes raised eyebrows with her demure manner on the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscar party. Upon arriving at the famed afterparty, Cruise urged his bride to pose for a photograph alone. "Take a shot of her," he told photographers.

But according to an onlooker, Katie Holmes refused to take a picture without him. The actor then led Holmes around by the hand, pulling her back and forth while he mingled and she remained silent.

Cruise, greeted a few photographers but didn’t introduce his wife, who said nothing and stood next to her husband, waiting for him to finish his conversations.

He later asked her again to pose for a picture alone, and she finally agreed. “She looks at him for direction,” the witness tells.

Katie Holmes is featured in the March issue of Haper's Bazaar where she talks about life since getting married to Tom Cruise. "I have a husband and children that I adore. I have a career that I really love. When I sit back and reflect, it's – wow!"

The same could be said of her pregnancy with her daughter Suri, now 9 months – she had no morning sickness and no cravings besides cupcakes. Motherhood, too, has been easy to handle. "I've really enjoyed this time that I have taken to be with Suri as well as the challenges of the first couple of months: feeding and pumping, learning to decipher what each cry means – is she hungry? Is she tired? Does she need a fresh diaper? – and figuring out how to really help her."

Asked if she wants more kids, Holmes smiles and says: "Definitely."

And, although she took time off to be a mom, she also wants to make more movies. Last week, Variety reported that she had dropped out of the sequel to 2005's Batman Begins and was in talks to star in Mad Money opposite Queen Latifah.

"I have a whole new set of responsibilities," she says. "My work is very important to me. My family is very important to me. When I go to work, it will be the right thing, worth my time and worth my time away from my family."

Katie Holmes has turned down a $2 million deal to star in the sequel to Batman Begins. The actress was expected to reprise her role as Rachel Dawes alongside Christian Bale for Batman: The Dark Knight but has pulled out because of "scheduling conflicts".

Rumors have already circulated that Katie has been replaced by Rachel McAdams for the comic-book adventure, also starring Heath Ledger as The Joker.

Katie has instead signed up to star alongside Queen Latifah in the comedy Mad Money. The movie follows three female janitors working at the Federal Reserve who plot a major heist. Katie Holmes decision to do a comedy is believed to be part of her plan to re-launch herself, following her career break to marry and have their daughter, Suri.

However, film insiders have suggested she has been struggling to find work because of her controversial conversion to her husband's Scientology faith. A source said: "Studios may be gun-shy if her new status as a tabloid fixture. And her expectations may be raised as the new Mrs Cruise. Stars of much bigger stature, including Meg Ryan and Demi Moore, have found it tough to regain their momentum after taking time off."
